[Applications of Aspergillus Oryzae in Fermented Feed]
Aspergillus oryzae is capable of breaking down proteins, cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin . It forms a complex with heat-resistant bacteria, fungi, yeast strains, and related enzymes .With high functional microorganism count and strong degradation capability, Aspergillus oryzae helps in raising temperature, deodorizing, eliminating pests, controlling weed seeds, and enhancing nutrients. Under optimal conditions, it quickly decomposes carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, and other elements in the pile into simple organic compounds, which are then further broken down into nutrients that are absorbable by crops.
[Fertilizers fermented with Aspergillus oryzae offer the following benefits]:
1.They convert organic matter, as well as elements like phosphorus and potassium found in crop residues, into nutrients essential for plant growth.Additionally, they generate a large number of beneficial microorganisms to stimulate crop production, increase soil organic matter, and improve soil structure.
2.They help replenish beneficial microorganisms in the soil to enhance the formation and breakdown of humus, improve nutrient and energy cycling, and increase the efficiency of fertilizer use.
3.They produce beneficial metabolites.
[Product Uses]:
1.Used as an additive in the fermentation of biological fertilizers, straw composting agents, etc.
2.Used as an inoculant for compound microbial fertilizers.
3.Used as a fermentation agent for poultry and livestock manure or organic waste.
[Dosage]: 0 . 03% to 0 . 05% , which is 300g ~ 500g per ton (depending on the actual spore count and production process requirements)
[How to Use]: Dilute with dry material multiple times before use .
